    Wayne Smeal

    As the Founder of Executive Home Rentals LLC, Wayne Smeal focuses on strategic management, Business and Franchise development.  With more than 15 years in the Real Estate and Franchising sectors, Wayne is an expert in building teams and growing successful companies.   In his last franchising venture, Wayne grew Executive Tans from a single location in 1991 to the largest indoor tanning company in the U.S. and the third largest in the world by 2002. Recognized by Ernst and Young as a finalist for Entrepreneur of the Year in 2001,Wayne has been featured in Success Magazine and Entrepreneur Magazine where  for 5 consecutive years Executive Tan  appeared on the Top 500 Franchise Global Rankings.  Prior to Executive Tans, Wayne held management positions at  Fortune 500 companies, McKesson, Armor Food’s, Con Agra and Kellogg’s. Wayne’s  specialties include Franchising, national and international corporate expansion, Real Estate Management and Strategic Sales & Marketing.

    Donald Wicks

    Don Wicks was named Chief Financial Officer for Executive Home Rentals in September 2012.  His initial focus has been on the EHR Franchising business, ensuring services and technology are positioned for success.  Don brings a wealth of experience from his prior roles in the oil and gas and mapping industries, including serving as Chief Operating Officer for Tiorco from 2006–2011. He also founded EnerQuest Systems which he grew to include 10 offices in the United States, Canada, Japan, and Australia.  Prior to founding EnerQuest, Don worked at ICF Resources, initially as a reservoir simulation engineer, later becoming Vice President and an owner of the company.  During his tenure, the company grew from 23 to more than 5,000 employees with revenues in excess of $500 million.  Don was instrumental in the company’s successful IPO in 1989.  Don has been a licensed Real Estate Broker in Virginia and earned his Bachelor’s degree from the University of Connecticut and his Master’s degree from the University of Delaware.

    Dave Brown

    Dave Brown is Vice President of Marketing and Business Development for Executive Home Rentals LLC.  In this role he is responsible for driving sales, increasing company revenues and evangelizing the benefits Property Management Franchising .   Previously Dave served  as V.P. of Business Development for Fidelity National Title Company there he helped develop, market and implement back-office technology initiatives designed to streamline processes and increase profitability.  Dave has worked for several technology start-ups including Active Voice, which was acquired by Cisco Systems.  In addition to his experience in the high-tech world, Dave has owned and managed apartment buildings and single-family residences giving him a unique insight in to the issues facing property owners and managers.  Dave received his bachelor's degree from University of Washington, Seattle WA.

    Taylor Hou

    Taylor Hou, Chief Information Officer, is a tech enthusiast with a supply chain management degree from the McComb’s School of Business at the University of Texas at Austin. His experiences include e-commerce, product management, SaaS, and property management. He specializes in customer service, process improvements, technology and product development coming from his experiences in his own startups, RPLY, Inc, and AppFolio, Inc. At RORS, Mr. Hou is responsible for all operations and processes that run RORS’ back office accounting and management systems and the overall property management dashboard.  Taylor manages the technology platform based on a philosophy of constant and never-ending innovation.

    Veet Dharano

    Veet Dharano, Employing Broker, has more than 40 years of management experience in the real estate and healthcare industries.  While serving as CEO of a national network of medical and wellness centers Veet leveraged his commercial property management background to maintain and expand corporate assets.  As the Director of a non-profit organization dedicated to helping home owners navigate economic and fluctuating markets, he  worked with investors and  independent real estate agents to establish stable portfolio returns with secure strategies for growth and development.  Mr. Dharano is a licensed real estate broker in Arizona and Colorado.
